冻肉刨肉机适用于冷冻猪肉、鱼肉、鸡肉等冷冻成品肉的快速刨碎待绞肉机加工使用，广泛应用于肉丸、香肠等肉制品的前处理加工。可将每块2.5~25kg、-4℃~-18℃的冻肉，直接切成块状或片状，无需解冻，减少肉的营养成分和蛋白的损失，是斩拌机、绞肉机的前道工序。可避免在缓化过程造成污染和营养成分流失，即保证肉的鲜度，又可省去加冰制冷工序，降低用户的制冷费用。
整机采用304不锈钢制造，结构简单、清洗容易、故障率低、维修方便，能显著提高生产效率，降低劳动强度。具有原料肉操作平台，方便省力；滑道外置，不会出现污染原料的情况；采用整体焊接结构，防震、噪音低、机器稳定、性能佳；可配标准料车，不会出现切刀时向外飞溅的情况；设有自动保护装置。
